Return Policy
You must first contact us by email at kpiercey@wildmedkits.ca before any product can be returned.
There will be a 20% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
If you decide you do not want the product, you may return any unused or unopened product for a *refund or store credit (minus shipping charges (if you received free shipping the cost of the initial shipment will also be deducted from your refund). Clearance items are excluded, no returns). However, you have 30 days from the ship date to do so.
**All orders of masks, gloves, isolation gowns, hand sanitizer, stretchers, spine boards, scoop stretcher, basket litter, spine board straps, training manikins, AED, AED trainers, oxygen and airway supplies, or sterile packaged products (needles, syringes, gauze...) are FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS**
ALL RETURNS (except warranties/defectives) are return at YOUR EXPENSE and will not be included in your refund or store credit. No return (other than warranties) past 30 days will be accepted. Credit will only be issued for product ONLY, NO SHIPPING COSTS will be credited. Your return must be returned with your email confirmation or packing list from your original order.
Refund Processing:
All refunds (including cancelled orders) will be refunded by the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.
