How it Works (General Use)

1. Placement: The strap system is laid over the patient on the backboard.
2. Securing: Straps are pulled and adjusted, often starting with shoulders, then torso, pelvis, and legs, securing the patient firmly.
3. Application Method: Securing shoulders first allows for easier patient turning if needed, while ensuring even tension on torso and pelvic straps is crucial for effective immobilization.
